What happens after you book
You get a confirmation with the date and time. Bring the car to Unit 112 at 2595 Blackwell Street at that time, or any time that morning if you chose drop off. The customer entrance is the glass door to the left of the bay door.
We start with the problem you described and the photos you attached. If the job is a set service, like an alignment or a tire swap, it goes ahead as booked. If it is a diagnosis, the tech finds the cause first, then we call you with what is wrong, what it costs and what can wait. No repair starts until you say yes.
Photos help more than you’d think
The booking page takes up to four photos. A clear shot of the dash with the warning lights on, a picture of a leak under the car, the tire sidewall if one keeps going flat. For a noise, record a short video on your phone and bring it, since sounds that happen at speed rarely happen in the bay.

The board above comes from the booking page itself, so it always matches what you see when you book. It is labour, before tax. Parts are quoted once we know what the car needs.
Questions people ask
Do I need an account to book?
No. You enter your name, phone number and the car, and you get a confirmation once the booking goes through. The booking page works on a phone, so you can scan the VIN from the driver's door jamb with the camera instead of typing it.
What if the service I need isn't on the list?
Choose Other Jobs and describe what you want done in the notes. If you're not sure what is wrong, book the drivability and electrical diagnostic, or Inspection if it's a noise, a leak or a vibration.
Can I wait while the car is worked on?
There is a waiting room inside the customer entrance with chairs and a TV. Short jobs like a seasonal tire swap suit waiting. For diagnostics and repairs it is usually better to drop the car off and let us call you.
What is the latest I can drop off?
4pm, Monday to Friday. The shop closes at 5pm, and a car that arrives late in the day often can't be looked at until the next morning anyway.
How do I cancel or move a booking?
