How the pricing works
Posted prices are labour, before tax. Diagnostic work starts at $150 with the scan included, and general inspection time is $120 an hour. Parts are priced once we know exactly which part the car needs, because the same brake job on two different cars can use parts at very different prices.
You approve the estimate before any repair starts. If the car needs something that can safely wait, we tell you that too, with roughly how long it can wait.
Not sure which one to book
Book car diagnostics if something feels wrong and you can’t say what. Book the Inspection service or choose Other Jobs if you already know what you want done and it isn’t listed. Either way, the notes box on the booking page is where you describe what the car is doing, and the photos you attach go to the tech who works on it.

Pick a time on the booking page whenever it suits you, describe what the car is doing and add a few photos. Drop it off on the day you picked, before 4pm.
